Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Specialist responsible for originating high-quality home equity line of credit loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed loan production goals and manage pipeline reports
• Prospect for new HELOC customers and educate them on products and eligibility
• Gather documentation, evaluate applications, and coordinate loan closings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a loan officer, preferably with HELOC expertise
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with loan origination/processing software systems
• Knowledge of lending guidelines, laws, and regulations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
