Job Summary

Reviewing loan application documentation and ensuring compliance with bank requirements, the full-time Home Equity Processor will interact with customers and loan officers, manage documentation processes, and communicate application statuses both in-office and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan application documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Interact with customers and collaborate with loan officers to obtain required documents
• Document communication and file status updates in the system of record

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1-3+ years of processing, underwriting, originating, or closing experience
• Experience handling phone communications
• Preferred: Associate's Degree
