Job Summary

Guiding customers through the funding process, the full-time Home Equity Processor will manage applications from submission to closing, ensuring compliance and efficient handling while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Home Equity Cashout applications for completeness and compliance
• Provide consistent communication with applicants throughout the processing lifecycle
• Coordinate with Home Equity Specialists, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in mortgage processing or related field
• Strong understanding of financial documentation and analytical skills
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and CRM platforms preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
