Job Summary

A company is looking for a HEC Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve Home Equity Cashout transactions by analyzing creditworthiness and risk profiles
• Verify documentation accuracy and completeness while assessing property valuations and risk factors
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support timely transaction closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Two years of underwriting experience in home equity, mortgage, or real estate investment products
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, property valuation, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in underwriting systems and tools
• Experience with Home Equity Investment products is preferred
