Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Finding Specialist who will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, providing customer service and support during the rental home inquiry process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries about property availability and directing prospective residents to appropriate resources
  • Aim for one-call resolution by providing guidance and transferring calls to Home Finding Consultants when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents and maintaining accurate records of interactions
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a service-oriented role
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to align work schedule with business hours, including weekends
