Job Summary
A company is looking for a Home Finding Specialist who will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, providing customer service and support during the rental home inquiry process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries about property availability and directing prospective residents to appropriate resources
- Aim for one-call resolution by providing guidance and transferring calls to Home Finding Consultants when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents and maintaining accurate records of interactions
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a service-oriented role
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to align work schedule with business hours, including weekends
