Home Health Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Professional to manage Medicare home health claims and ensure accurate billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and manage Medicare home health claims, including NOAs and final claims under PDGM
• Verify eligibility and benefits, resolve mismatches, and track reason codes and edits
• Work with various teams to ensure billable readiness and manage denials and ADRs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of home health billing experience with hands-on DDE FISS
• Strong knowledge of PDGM billing and related codes and rules
• Experience with EDI transactions: 837I, 835, 276/277
• Working knowledge of MACs and major Managed Care portals
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean claim submission
