Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Clinical Reviewer (RN/LPN).

Key Responsibilities

Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Audit charts and identify areas for improvement or correction
Collaborate with clinicians to resolve documentation issues and provide guidance

Required Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license required
Home Health experience required
Experience with clinical documentation review or QA preferred
Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
Experience with EMR systems and OASIS is a plus
