A company is looking for a Home Health Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit high-complexity charts and lead coding audits with offshore auditors and clients
• Mentor and coach offshore coders and auditors, while supporting external audits and client escalations
• Conduct audits of coder charts, identify error trends, and participate in QA calibrations and guideline updates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA
• 5+ years of home health coding experience
• 2+ years of medical coding auditing or chart review experience preferred
• BCHH-C or COQS certification required after hire
