Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review chart documentation for accuracy and completeness of coding, OASIS, and plans of care
• Complete daily productivity targets of 8-11 charts per day based on review level
• Maintain quality standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, QA, and compliance in Medicare Home Health
• Dual-certification in home care coding and OASIS
• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
• Knowledge of multiple EMRs and willingness to learn new processes
• Up-to-date with PDGM and Coding and OASIS guidelines
