Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the remote Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessments while maintaining client communication and education on coding trends.

Key responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate with clients to educate them on coding trends and ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines through ongoing education

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines
