Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10 codes while working remotely and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Timely review of patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Educate clients on coding trends and maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines through continuing education

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
