Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining communication with clients and staying updated on coding guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient charts for home health coding and OASIS assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Educate clients on trends and guidelines related to coding and OASIS through direct communication
• Participate in client meetings to maintain satisfaction and provide ongoing support

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines
