Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer, the position will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining ongoing client communication and education.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate and educate clients on trends found in the review process related to coding and OASIS guidelines
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions through ongoing education and professional development

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
