Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10 codes while working remotely and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate with clients to educate them on trends found in the review process related to coding and OASIS guidelines
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and participate in client meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks remotely
