Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare group, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while providing ongoing education and consulting to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health and hospice coding
• Communicate directly with clients to educate them on coding trends and OASIS guidelines
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, participating in regular meetings to ensure satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
