Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and providing ongoing client education.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts for home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate with clients to educate them on coding trends and guidelines
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and participation in client meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
