Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessments in a remote capacity while ensuring client education and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate with clients to educate them on coding trends and OASIS guidelines
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions through ongoing education

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
