Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the remote Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining communication with clients and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Educate clients on trends related to coding and OASIS guidelines through direct communication
• Stay updated on the latest ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions while maintaining required certifications

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
