Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining communication with clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Educate clients on trends in coding and OASIS guidelines through direct communication
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions, ensuring compliance and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines
