Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate reviews of patient records at designated OASIS timepoints
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participation in meetings

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in coding, OASIS, and plan of care review
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and compliance guidelines
• Clinical licensure is a plus
