Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and accurate reviews of patient records at various OASIS timepoints
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as necessary
• Participate in monthly internal or external agency meetings as required

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Minimum of 5 years of recent coding, OASIS, and plan of care review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and medical terminology is required
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
