Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records at OASIS timepoints accurately and timely
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge and participate in required meetings

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding and regulatory guidelines is required
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
