Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer is a per diem, remote position responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, assigning ICD-10 codes, and evaluating OASIS assessment items, requiring a minimum of 20 hours of work availability per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate review of patient records at OASIS timepoints
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participation in meetings

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding required
• Certification in OASIS required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and compliance guidelines
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace strongly preferred
