Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the remote Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and assess OASIS items while maintaining communication with clients and staying updated on coding guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts for home health and hospice coding and OASIS assessments
• Educate clients on trends found in the review process and maintain ongoing communication for client satisfaction
• Stay current on ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines through continuous education and professional development

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines
