Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and assess OASIS items while maintaining ongoing communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Educate clients on trends found during the review process related to coding and OASIS guidelines
• Stay updated on the latest ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions through continuing education

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines
