Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the remote Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining client communication and education.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient charts for home health coding and OASIS assessments in a timely manner
• Educate clients on trends and guidelines related to coding and OASIS during direct communication
• Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines through continuous professional development

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines
