Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare group, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and assess OASIS items, while maintaining client communication and education on coding trends.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate findings and educate clients on coding trends and guidelines
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and participation in client meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines
