Job Summary
Serving as a trusted partner for clients, the full-time remote Coding Client Success Specialist will provide training, address medical coding issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the coding experience and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for medical coders, providing guidance and escalating issues as necessary
- Conduct coding reviews and offer recommendations based on current guidelines
- Provide written feedback on coding compliance documentation and perform clinical record audits as assigned
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
