Home Health Education Coordinator

Job Summary

To enhance the educational framework of the Home Health team, the full-time remote Home Health Education Coordinator will develop onboarding classes, provide clinical training, and collaborate with leadership to ensure staff competency and quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develops onboarding classes and simulation lab scenarios for new hires based on clinical needs
• Provides educational leadership to enhance specialized patient care and ensures clinician competency
• Collaborates with medical providers and staff to implement and evaluate educational curricula and training programs

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utilization of healthcare EMR/EHR
• 2 years of experience in information technology
• Experience with current company EMR preferred
