Job Summary

A home healthcare company is in need of a Home Health Medicare Coder in Springfield.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing Medicare and PPS model clients from referral through final billing
  • Ensuring proper services are provided
  • Reviewing and coding of OASIS documents

Required Skills:

  • Active State RN Nursing License, Physical (PT), Occupational (OT) or Speech (SLP) Therapists with required certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
  • COS-C or HCS-O or COQS OASIS Certification
  • BCHH-C or HCS-D Home Health Care Coding Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with coding and OASIS review
  • Knowledge of OASIS, Home Care and Medicare regulations
