Home Health Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Scheduling Specialist who will work full-time with weekend availability and requires HCHB experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile daily schedules for clinical staff and assign clinicians to patients
• Assist in care coordination and serve as a liaison between field staff and patients
• Communicate with CFSS regarding scheduling and process visits returned from clinicians

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in home health preferred
• One year of experience in a customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum of two years general office experience, including data entry or word processing
