Home Health Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Health Scheduling Specialist to work part-time, requiring weekend availability and HCHB experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and manage daily schedules for clinical staff within the HCHB workflow
• Assist in care coordination and serve as a liaison between field staff, patients, and personnel
• Communicate with CFSS regarding scheduling and process tasks related to clinician visits

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in home health preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of two years general office experience, including one year in data entry or word processing
