Leading productivity optimization and workforce management initiatives, the full-time Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor will collaborate with data teams and HR to translate insights into actionable strategies, enhancing performance and engagement across the business portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiatives related to productivity optimization, pay structure design, and workforce management
• Collaborate with data teams to analyze quantitative data and synthesize qualitative insights for strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or a related discipline
• Proven track record of independently leading significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced environments
