Home Health Study Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating and managing all contracted services in assigned studies, the full-time Home Health Study Manager will ensure quality service and effective communication among stakeholders while working remotely in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, and document all study management activities while adhering to project plans and timelines
• Train and support assigned staff to ensure quality service and compliance with study requirements
• Act as the liaison between sponsors, CROs, and investigative site staff, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical research role, such as Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Associate
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Laboratory knowledge is preferred
