Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Cross-sell products and educate customers on the benefits of residential solar using a consultative sales approach
- Utilize advanced technologies to prepare and review solar proposals for potential customers

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of residential solar sales experience with a proven track record
- Home Improvement Salesperson License required
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, CRM applications)
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical sales practices
