Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to process Home Infusion medical claims accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and timely
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and contribute to training and knowledge transfer programs for the RCM team

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience required
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in billing and/or collections
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Previous remote work experience is preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred
