Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage claims collection processes, focusing on accuracy and timely follow-up with payers and patients in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to ensure successful revenue collection
• Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to reduce DSO and enhance collection rates
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and document all activities related to claims resolution

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, or collections
• Proven understanding of billing and collection processes across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of activities
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not required
