Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance and reducing denial rates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and contribute to training materials and policies to enhance billing efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques with various payer types
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
