Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims accurately and timely, focusing on reducing denial rates and bad debt while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims to primary and secondary payers
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and maintain billing tickets for effective communication within the team

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and systems across various payer types
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Detail-oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred
