Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on improving collection rates and reducing denial rates, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage claims collection processes remotely, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues while building strong relationships
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements for better collection rates and reduced bad debt
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activity to ensure accurate resolution of outstanding claims

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
