Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and communications in CareTend to maintain accurate account records

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Detail-oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred
