Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle management team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will process medical claims with a focus on accuracy and timeliness, while working remotely to reduce denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and communications in CareTend for completeness and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, or collections
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Proven knowledge of MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
• Detail-oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred
