Home Infusion Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Processing less advanced Home Infusion medical claims, the full-time Claims Specialist will ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing while adhering to compliance standards, with the opportunity to work remotely after an initial training period of 120 days.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit accurate medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims to primary and secondary payers
• Maintain and communicate the status of ready-to-bill delivery tickets within the revenue cycle management process
• Document case activity and correspondence in CareTend to ensure account accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in medical intake or medical billing is a plus
• Proficient in the MS Office suite of software
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining clear and complete records
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet production targets
