Job Summary

Overseeing the comprehensive management of infusion pump inventory, the full-time Home Infusion & Ambulatory Equipment Manager will ensure the availability, compliance, and efficient utilization of over 2,000 units while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end inventory of infusion pumps, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization
  • Analyze performance data to inform purchasing decisions and improve turnaround times
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance, ensuring safety standards are met
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, home infusion, DME, logistics, or inventory management
  • Experience managing large-scale inventory or equipment fleets is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
