• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to develop and enhance home insurance product flows
• Conduct research and provide strategic recommendations on home insurance offerings, focusing on regulatory compliance
• Support agents with product knowledge, resolve underwriting issues, and enhance sales effectiveness through targeted training

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting or operations experience in home insurance at a top carrier or insurtech company
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to growth and improvement
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of its importance for customer and business success
• Ability to explain complex insurance topics to diverse audiences
• Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus
