Home Lending Product Leader
Job Summary
Owning the product vision for Blend's home lending business, the full-time Head of Product will lead a team of product managers, manage the home lending roadmap, and drive strategic account relationships with major financial institutions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and balance the home lending roadmap, including new implementations and compliance work
- Run the commitment engine to ensure transparency in customer commitments and delivery status
- Scale the Rapid business by partnering with sales and engineering for efficient implementation and delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading product teams and owning a product line
- Deep expertise in mortgage or home equity, with familiarity with industry terms and concepts
- Experience working with enterprise B2B customers, negotiating and committing to product roadmaps
- Proven delivery-focused operating style, comfortable with development estimates and accountability
- Experience integrating AI into product development processes
