Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Home Health Clinical Review Coordinator (Mountain Time).
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting requests for authorization for home health into naviHealth’s clinical documentation system
- Reviewing OASIS documentation and clinical notes from providers and utilize InterQual criteria
- Following up with providers as necessary for clarification of clinical documentation of patients’ status
Position Requirements Include:
- Active licensure per Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist
- 1+ years of experience in geriatric care management in a home health setting
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications per Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years in an acute care setting plus 2+ years of recent experience in utilization management role
- Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously
