Home Loan Senior Processor

Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of mortgage and equity loans, the full-time Home Loan Senior Processor will organize and execute loan processing tasks for various product types while working remotely in California.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with Members, Home Loan Advisors, and Vendors throughout the loan processing lifecycle
• Review and calculate income and documentation for compliance with investor guidelines and internal policies
• Manage the loan pipeline to meet service levels, efficiency standards, and loan quality requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma preferred; additional work experience may substitute
• Minimum of five years' experience in home loan processing, with recent FHA loan experience required
• Strong analytical and research skills related to real estate and loan transactions
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, and investor guidelines
• Ability to manage high volume telephone contact and maintain member relations
