Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Medical Equipment Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with product selection and training of home medical equipment
• Gather registration and insurance information and process payments according to payer requirements
• Maintain store inventory and assist with various durable medical equipment and supplies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service, sales, healthcare, or patient care experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or private insurance billing preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and tolerate a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for locations requiring driving
