Key Responsibilities

• Initiates outbound contact with borrowers to assess their financial situation and identify loss mitigation options
• Handles inbound inquiries regarding loss mitigation processes and assists borrowers with required documentation
• Ensures compliance with mortgage laws and guidelines while providing timely updates to borrowers

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss mitigation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be able to pass a background investigation
